Day 6: Wednesday March 9th

Today was a quiet day, we slept in and enjoyed a big breakfast and worked on some homework. Then, we were treated to a private session of pilates at the beautiful Studio 7 in Rye, New Hampshire. We relaxed the rest of the afternoon and Phoebe took a turn as chef and made a  grapefruit, almond and arrugula salad, with a mushroom and goat cheese tart. Then for dessert, a classic chocolate brownie with chocolate ice-cream on top! What a difference from cafeteria food!
